Wellness, let’s face it, this is one of the biggest social issues. It’s about feeding the mind, body and soul. Wellness is more than meditation and eating right, it’s about treating your body as a whole – including mental and emotional wellness.
But wellness is also about understanding your body, it’s about being conscious about recognizing mental, emotional and physical warning signs; and it’s also about prevention and awareness.
